Nothing says "summer in Quebec" like a good corn on the BBQ! Here, we reinvent it with butter flavored withApothicAri's Épice de Feu spice blend, which gives it an irresistible spicy and fragrant kick. Simple, festive, and delicious, it's the perfect recipe for a dinner with friends or family.

 

Preparation time: 5 minutes (cooking time: 10 minutes)

Yield: 4 servings

 

Ingredients:

  • 4 fresh corn cobs, with or without the husk depending on your cooking method

  • 3 tablespoons softened butter

  • 1 tablespoonApothicAri Fire Spice

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

  • Juice of half a lime (optional, for a touch of freshness)

  • Fire Salt, to taste

 

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Mix the softened butter with the Épice de Feu spice blend, parsley, and lime juice. Set aside.

  3. Grill the corn cobs for about 10 minutes, turning them regularly, until they are lightly browned.

  4. Generously brush the warm corn cobs with the Spicy Butter.

  5. Serve immediately, with a little Salt of Fire to enhance the flavor.
