Passionate about cooking and natural health since I was very young, I have always enjoyed preparing delicious meals for my family and friends and making them concoctions that are good for them. For a long time, I made them Fire Vinegar as an immune booster. It was only after using it in cooking that we saw the whole new potential of this old grandmother's remedy: continuing to improve our health while enhancing our favorite dishes in a delicious and healthy way. A culinary tonic. Thus was born Apothicari, a play on words between Ari, Arianne's nickname, and apothecary. A culinary apothecary! We decided to tentatively begin marketing Apothicari Fire Vinegar, and the response from chefs and amateur foodies was excellent—good enough to give us the courage to dive headfirst into this new adventure.

Our decision to market such an iconic natural health product came with a certain responsibility, in our opinion: never to distort it.
