When it's cold outside or you need some comfort, a little homemade broth with a dash of Vinaigre de Feu provides both warmth and flavor.

Preparation time: 4 minutes

Yield: 4

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon salted herbs (of your choice)
  • 4 cups of broth of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon Apothicari Fire Vinegar

 

Preparation:

  1. Heat the broth in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. If the broth is not already salted, add 1 tablespoon of salted herbs.
  4. Shake the bottle of Apothicari Fire Vinegar and add 1 tablespoon to your broth.
  5. Divide the broth among cups.
