When it's cold outside or you need some comfort, a little homemade broth with a dash of Vinaigre de Feu provides both warmth and flavor.

Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon salted herbs (of your choice)
- 4 cups of broth of your choice
- 1 tablespoon Apothicari Fire Vinegar
Preparation:
- Heat the broth in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Remove from heat.
- If the broth is not already salted, add 1 tablespoon of salted herbs.
- Shake the bottle of Apothicari Fire Vinegar and add 1 tablespoon to your broth.
- Divide the broth among cups.
