Spicy Fire Spice is a reinterpretation of the macerated ingredients in ApothicAri Spicy Fire Vinegar. Once maceration is complete, the onions, garlic, horseradish, ginger, turmeric, and our blend of peppers—cayenne, aji, gorria, and habanero—are removed from the vinegar, then dehydrated and ground to create a spicy, fragrant, and totally unique spice.

With its chili pepper aroma and balanced heat, it can be used as a versatile spicy condiment: in a meat marinade, to spice up an Asian dish, to season rice or grilled vegetables, or even as a finishing touch on a bowl or stir-fry to add an aromatic and spicy kick.
