Hot spices – PROVENÇALE

Provençal Fire Spice is a reinterpretation of the macerated ingredients in ApothicAri Provençal Fire Vinegar. After maceration, onions, garlic, horseradish, ginger, and turmeric are combined with a bouquet of Provençal herbs—tarragon, savory, rosemary, thyme, and lavender—then dehydrated and ground into a mild, fresh, and delicately floral spice.

Its bright, herbaceous aromas are reminiscent of summer and the cuisine of southern France. Excellent in salad dressings, fish or white meat marinades, on roasted vegetables, or even as a finishing touch to a dish to which you want to add an elegant herbaceous note.
