Fire Salt – PROVENÇAL

Provençal Fire Salt is a combination of our Provençal Fire Spice and organic sea salt. The spice is obtained by reusing Provençal herbs macerated in our Provençal Fire Vinegar—tarragon, savory, thyme, rosemary, lavender—as well as our aromatic base (garlic, onion, ginger, turmeric, horseradish), then dehydrated and finely ground before being incorporated into the salt.

It has a herbaceous sweetness, light floral notes, and a fragrance reminiscent of the south of France. This salt is sublime on raw vegetables, baked potatoes, fish, salads, grilled vegetables, or as a finishing touch on white meat. It is also a wonderful seasoning for the rim of a cocktail glass when you want a refined Provençal touch.
