Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon ApothicAri Fire Vinegar
  • ½ cup (125 ml) natural apple juice
  • ½ teaspoon of fresh grated ginger (or a thin slice)
  • Sparkling water (to dilute)
  • A few ice cubes
  • Apple slice and sprig of thyme (optional, for garnish)

 

Preparation

  1. In a large glass, combine the Fire Vinegar, apple juice, and ginger.
  2. Add the ice cubes and top up with sparkling water.
  3. Gently mix, garnish with a slice of apple and a sprig of thyme.
