Here we offer you a slight variation on the Bloody Caesar. By replacing Worcestershire sauce, Fire Vinegar adds a touch of spice and flavor to this timeless drink without altering its character.
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Yield: 1 (5.5 oz)
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of Apothicari Fire Salt
- 1 ½ oz gin or vodka (optional)
- 4 oz of Clamato-style tomato juice
- 2 tablespoons of Apothicari Fire Vinegar
- Tabasco sauce (to taste)
Preparation:
- Pour 1 tablespoon of fire vinegar into a small plate.
- In another small plate, pour 1 tablespoon of Fire Salt.
- Turn your glass upside down, then dip the rim first in vinegar and then in salt to season it.
- Using a jigger, measure out 1 ½ oz of gin and add to the glass.
- Using the same measure, add 4 ounces of Clamato-style tomato juice to your gin. Stir.
- Add 1 teaspoon of Apothicari Fire Vinegar. Mix.
- Serve with ice.
