Bloody Caesar

Here we offer you a slight variation on the Bloody Caesar. By replacing Worcestershire sauce, Fire Vinegar adds a touch of spice and flavor to this timeless drink without altering its character.

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Yield: 1 (5.5 oz)

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of Apothicari Fire Salt
  • 1 ½ oz gin or vodka (optional)
  • 4 oz of Clamato-style tomato juice
  • 2 tablespoons of Apothicari Fire Vinegar
  • Tabasco sauce (to taste)

Preparation:

  1. Pour 1 tablespoon of fire vinegar into a small plate.
  2. In another small plate, pour 1 tablespoon of Fire Salt.
  3. Turn your glass upside down, then dip the rim first in vinegar and then in salt to season it.
  4. Using a jigger, measure out 1 ½ oz of gin and add to the glass.
  5. Using the same measure, add 4 ounces of Clamato-style tomato juice to your gin. Stir.
  6. Add 1 teaspoon of Apothicari Fire Vinegar. Mix.
  7. Serve with ice.

Cheers!
