Ingredients
- 1 540 ml can of chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons of Apothicari Fire Vinegar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoonApothicari Hot Spices
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Preparation
- In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, water, hot vinegar, salt, hot spices, and olive oil until smooth. If necessary, stop the food processor and stir the contents with a spatula to even out the mixture, then process again.
Garnish with hot spices and fresh parsley and enjoy with raw vegetables or flatbread!
