Homemade hummus

Who doesn't love a good homemade hummus! So simple, delicious, and nutritious. Here's a recipe that incorporates both vinegar and Apothicari's fiery spices.

Preparation time:2 minutes

Yield:2 cups

 

Ingredients

  • 1 540 ml can of chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons of Apothicari Fire Vinegar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoonApothicari Hot Spices
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

 

Preparation

  1. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, water, hot vinegar, salt, hot spices, and olive oil until smooth. If necessary, stop the food processor and stir the contents with a spatula to even out the mixture, then process again.

 

Garnish with hot spices and fresh parsley and enjoy with raw vegetables or flatbread!
