Here is a quick and versatile marinade to season the protein of your choice.
Preparation time: 2 minutes
Yield: ½ cup
Ingredients
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons Apothicari Fire Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
- Add half of the mixture to your raw protein (chicken, beef, pork, tofu, tempeh) and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes and up to 24 hours.
- Cook.
- Spread the rest of the marinade over your protein.
- Enjoy!
