Fire salt

Fire Salt is a combination of our Fire Spice and organic sea salt. Fire Spice, meanwhile, is a revaluation of the macerated ingredients of ApothicAri Fire Vinegar. Once our Fire Vinegar is ready, the ginger, turmeric, garlic, onions, horseradish, chili peppers, and garden herbs are removed from the vinegar, then dehydrated and ground. When combined with sea salt, we obtain a delicious and completely unique flavored salt.

Beyond the salty taste, ginger, turmeric, and a touch of vinegar can be detected in this aromatic blend. Excellent sprinkled on raw vegetables, baked potatoes, in soup, on a piece of meat before cooking, or as a finishing touch on fish, or even to season the rim of a Bloody Caesar glass.
