Fire vinegar – PROVENÇAL

ApothicAri Provençal Fire Vinegar is an unpasteurized organic apple cider vinegar in which our basic ingredients—onion, garlic, horseradish, ginger, and turmeric—are macerated for several weeks. To this we add a bouquet of herbs reminiscent of the south of France: tarragon, savory, rosemary, thyme, and a delicate touch of lavender.

Mild, fresh, and generously aromatic, this is our most herbaceous and floral Fire Vinegar. Inspired by the scents of summer and Provençal cuisine, it brings natural elegance to every dish.
