Perfect for poké bowls, vegetable and noodle stir-fries, or marinating tofu, our version of this rich sauce will become a staple in your Asian-inspired meals.

Preparation: 2 minutes 

Yield: ½ cup

 

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons sesame butter (tahini)
  • 2 tablespoons Apothicari Fire Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of water

 

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together. 
  2. Add to your meal.
